Shijiazhuang Jiyue Environmental Protection Testing-Specific Industrial Elevator Project

Case Background:

Shijiazhuang Jiyue Biomass Power Generation Co., Ltd. is an environmental protection company that focuses on garbage disposal and power generation. According to the "Environmental Protection Standards" (HJ 75-2017), when the sampling platform is set at a height of ≥20m from the ground, an industrial elevator should be provided to access the platform. The smoke stack sampling platform of the Shijiazhuang Jiyue project is located 20 meters above the ground, so according to the "Environmental Protection Standards" requirements, a special industrial elevator for environmental protection testing needs to be installed.

Solution:

Considering the factors such as the smoke stack structure and the size of the passage, a special industrial elevator for environmental protection testing was installed inside the smoke stack. The total height of the smoke stack is 80 meters, and the travel distance of the environmental protection testing-specific industrial elevator is 74 meters.

The environmental protection testing-specific industrial elevator operates smoothly and safely. Meanwhile, the internal structure of the smoke stack was not changed, which reduced the overall construction intensity, and the client was highly satisfied with the result.
