Upper-End Stop with Buffer
Two mechanical end stops with buffers are installed at the upper and lower ends of the guide rail, respectively. This can prevent the car from overrunning the running pathway in the event of switch failure.
Operator Fall Arrester
The Operator fall arrester is connected to the guide rail and full body harness. When accidents happen, fall arrester locks inside the guide rail immediately to prevent serious injury.
Manual Descent Function
In case of sudden power failure, the operator can operate the manual descent lever to descend the car safely and steadily.
Car Fall Arrester
The Car Fall Arrester is located on the lift’s car and runs inside the guide rail. It locks immediately in case of a fall, keeping the car in place and preventing it from falling.
Overload Protection System
Should an overload occur, the Tower Climber will sound an alarm, and the power will instantly be cut off, stopping the lift in place. The Climber will not start again until the overload is corrected.
